Welcome to Strata School (“Strata”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).By accessing or using our website [www.strataschool.in] and participating in our programs or services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).Please read them carefully before using our website or enrolling in any program.
1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing our website or applying for our Program in Business Leadership (PBL), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or enrolling in any Strata program.
2. EligibilityTo apply or participate in Strata’s programs, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Have the legal authority to represent yourself or your business.
3. Program Enrolment & Payments
- Admission to the program is subject to application review and selection by the Strata team.
- Upon selection, participants are required to pay the program fee of ₹3.25 Lakhs (plus taxes) within the communicated deadline.
- Fees may be paid in installments as per the structure shared during admission.
- All fees are non-refundable, except in cases of program cancellation by Strata.
- Failure to make payments on time may result in forfeiture of admission or access to resources.
4. Program Structure & Access
- Strata reserves the right to modify the curriculum, mentors, schedules, or delivery format without prior notice to ensure the best learning experience.
- Participants are expected to maintain discipline, attendance, and active participation throughout the program.
- Strata may restrict access or remove participants from the program in cases of misconduct, plagiarism, or policy violations.
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, designs, videos, images, and documents shared by Strata are the intellectual property of Strata School or its licensors.
- Participants may use materials only for personal learning and cannot reproduce, distribute, or resell them without written consent.
- Any business plans, presentations, or documents created by participants remain their own intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
- Participants agree to maintain confidentiality of peer and mentor discussions, business ideas, and proprietary materials shared during the program.
- Strata may use anonymized information for marketing, testimonials, or success stories, with participant consent.
7. Funding & Investments
- Participation in the program does not guarantee investment.
- Selected businesses may be considered for funding of up to ₹10 Lakhs under the ₹2 Cr Strata Seed Fund, subject to evaluation by Bakliwal Group and its advisors.
- Any investment offered will be under a separate agreement outlining terms, equity, and obligations.
8. Website Usage
- You agree to use the Strata website only for lawful purposes and not for activities that violate rights, harm others, or disrupt site operations.
- Strata may restrict or terminate access to users found misusing the website.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Strata will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from:
- Website downtime or data loss.
- Business decisions made based on program content.
- Third-party links or services.
- Our total liability will not exceed the program fee paid.
10. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold Strata, its founders, employees, mentors, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the website or participation in the program.
11. Governing Law & JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of India.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
12. Changes to TermsStrata reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
